RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We’ll do all we can to help you love your AnnBlanche Products. Unworn Flats & Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving your shoes . We’ll also cover shipping both ways in the U.S.! Just email annblanche@annblanche.com with your order number. And we will do the rest! Simple! Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through AnnBlanche.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange an unworn pair of moccasins in it's original packaging within 14 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email annblanche@annblanche.com. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly through AnnBlanche.
